The ASBEE Institute Ecosystem™ was founded by Bertha Bernasko Asante, an experienced healthcare leader, educator, author, speaker, consultant, lecturer, counsellor, and transformational coach with more than three decades of professional experience across healthcare, leadership, education, organisational development, and community engagement.
Driven by the belief that knowledge becomes most powerful when intentionally applied, she established ASBEE as an integrated ecosystem that equips people, strengthens institutions, and transforms communities through evidence-based education, leadership, innovation, and practical application.
